Ingredients

  • 400 g chicken thigh fillet
  • 1 pc egg
  • 150 g cornflakes
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 bunch spring onion
  • 1 tablespoon cooking oil

    Clean the chicken thigh fillets from tendons and excess fat, then cut them into pieces approximately 3x3 cm. Lightly salt the meat. In a bowl, beat the egg with a fork and add a pinch of salt.

    Pour the cornflakes into another bowl and crush them with your hands (it's okay if some larger pieces remain). First, dip the meat pieces into the egg, then thoroughly coat them in the cornflakes.

    Place the strips in the air fryer basket, drizzle with a little oil, and cook at 200 °C for 10 minutes. Flip the meat halfway through the cooking time. Serve with sliced spring onions and homemade ketchup.
