Kényeztesd magad ezzel a különleges vegán burgerrel, amelyben az édes mangó salsa és a selymes karamellizált hagyma találkozik a szaftos növényi pogácsával. Egy igazi ízbomba, ami garantáltan levesz a lábadról, akár vegán vagy, akár csak egy izgalmas gasztroélményre vágysz!

Preparation and dressing
Prepare the dill dressing: in a bowl, mix together the grainy mustard, Dijon mustard, white wine vinegar, and agave syrup. Add the finely chopped dill (5 sprigs), then slowly drizzle in a little olive oil, stirring until you get a creamy consistency. Season with salt and pepper, and refrigerate.
For the mango salsa, purée half of the ripe mango with a little lime juice, salt, and pepper. Cut the other half of the mango into small cubes and fold them into the purée.
Cooking onions and burger
For the caramelized onions, heat olive oil in a pan and add the sliced red onion. Sauté covered, stirring occasionally, for 15 minutes. When the onion has softened and turned golden brown, sprinkle with cane sugar and pour in the balsamic vinegar. Sauté for another 5 minutes until you get a syrupy consistency.
Chef's tip
If you crave an even creamier experience, place a slice of vegan cheese on the burger patty during the last minute of cooking and let it melt under a lid.
