Preparation method
Preparation and marinating
In a large bowl, mix the non-alcoholic beer, ground black pepper, dried thyme, smoked paprika, and tomato paste.
Cut the pork neck into slices about 1–1.5 cm thick, place them in the prepared marinade, then refrigerate and let marinate for at least 90 minutes.
Preparing the potatoes
Clean the potatoes with a brush (do not remove the skin), place them in a large pot, cover with water, salt, and cook over medium heat for 10–12 minutes. After cooking, cool the potatoes and wait until the pork neck is marinated.
