Finely grate the cooked beetroot, then thoroughly mix it in a bowl with the minced pork, egg, and marjoram. Season with half of the salt and pepper.
Form two burger patties from the mixture. Fry both sides in a pan with a little oil for about 3-3 minutes, then place them in a 180-degree oven for another 10 minutes to cook through completely.
Meanwhile, prepare the dip: blend the goat cheese with the milk, then season with the remaining salt and pepper.
Chef's tip
If you want an even juicier result, use minced pork shoulder!
You can also enhance the goat cheese dip with fresh dill.
