Divide the minced meat into 4 portions and press it evenly onto one side of the tortillas, so the meat covers the entire surface.
Heat up the pan, drizzle in a little oil, then place the tortilla meat-side down. Cook over medium heat until the meat is fully cooked through. Then carefully flip it, lower the heat, place a slice of cheddar on top, and continue cooking until the cheese melts and the tortilla turns a nice golden brown.
Meanwhile, mix together the sauce ingredients – this will be your secret weapon. Once everything is ready, spread the sauce on the tacos, sprinkle some chopped romaine lettuce on top, and start eating with your hands!
