Preparation method
Preheat the oven to 200 °C. Prepare a baking dish and line it with two layers of aluminum foil, ensuring the edges overhang so you can wrap the fish later.
Cut half of the lemon into thin slices and place them in the center of the aluminum foil. Squeeze the juice from the other half. Place the salmon on the lemon slices, season with salt and pepper, and drizzle with approximately 2 tablespoons of lemon juice.
In a small bowl, mix together the crushed garlic, honey, mustard, rapeseed oil, paprika, and 1 tablespoon lemon juice. Pour the resulting sauce over the salmon.
Chef's tip
Serve the salmon with fresh dill, chives, or basil for an even fresher taste. Steamed vegetables or jasmine rice make an excellent side dish.
