
Zucchini and Tomato Chicken Skewers

Preparation method
Mix the natural yogurt with the spices (garlic granules, basil, oregano), salt, and pepper. Cut the chicken breast into larger cubes, add to the marinade, mix thoroughly, then let it rest in the refrigerator for a few hours or even overnight.
Once the meat has rested sufficiently, prepare the skewers or grilling needles. Wash the tomatoes, and slice the zucchini into thin, long strips using a vegetable peeler.
Thread the chicken pieces, tomatoes, and accordion-folded zucchini slices alternately onto the skewers.
