Preparation method
Cut the chili pepper in half, remove the seeds, then chop finely. After peeling the red onion, chop it. You will need a grater and a mixing bowl.
In a bowl, mix the minced meat, breadcrumbs, curry paste, chopped onion, chili pepper, lemon juice, cane sugar, and salt. Let it rest in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.
Form 12 equally sized balls from the rested mixture. Use a frying pan for cooking.
Chef's tip
For an even more intense flavor, you can also use green curry paste.
Serve with fresh jasmine rice or Asian noodles.
