Preparation method
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Wash the salmon fillet, pat it dry, then season with salt to taste.
Place the salmon on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Put a small piece of butter on each fillet, then bake in the oven for about 20 minutes, until flaky.
Meanwhile, prepare the side dish. Wash the asparagus, snap off the woody ends, then cut into rounds. Leave the asparagus tips whole.

You can check the freshness of asparagus by pressing the cut surface with your fingernail – if it releases moisture, it's fresh.
