INGREDIENTS
- 200 g chicken breast
- Smaller zucchini
- 100 g cherry tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 3 tablespoons plain yogurt
- 50 g feta cheese
- 1 teaspoon dried garlic
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt
- Pepper
PREPARATION
- 1Mix the Greek yogurt with all the spices, salt, and pepper. Cut the chicken breast into larger cubes and add them to the marinade. Mix well, then refrigerate for a few hours, or even overnight if you have time.
- 2Once the chicken has rested enough, prepare the skewers or grilling sticks. Wash the tomatoes and slice the zucchini into long, thin strips with a peeler.
- 3Thread the chicken, tomatoes, and zucchini strips alternately onto the skewers – fold the zucchini strips like an accordion.
- 4Brush the prepared skewers with a little olive oil, then place them on a preheated grill at 180 °C. Grill them for a few minutes on each side until the meat and vegetables turn a nice golden brown.
- 5Finally, crumble the feta cheese over the hot skewers and serve immediately.
