Preparation method
Preheat the oven to 195–200 °C. Prepare a baking tray (approx. 30x40 cm) and line it with baking paper.
Chop the broccoli in a food processor into rice-sized pieces. (If you don't have a food processor, you can chop it very finely with a knife.) Peel the garlic: grate 2 cloves for the fritters, and set aside 1 clove for the dip.
In a large bowl, mix together the chopped broccoli, the 2 grated garlic cloves, the eggs, the whole spelt flour, and the dried marjoram. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
