Preparation
Peel and crush the garlic. Cut the bacon into small cubes, finely grate the smoked cheese, and thinly slice the spring onion.
Assembling the Mixture
Place the cooked chicken meat, ketchup, mustard, 2 eggs, Worcestershire sauce, marjoram, curry powder, 3 tablespoons of water, crushed garlic, salt, and pepper into a food processor. Blend until you get a uniform mixture, but still with small pieces of meat remaining. Pour the mixture into a large bowl, add the spring onion, bacon, and grated cheese, then mix thoroughly.
Shaping and Frying
Sprinkle breadcrumbs into a medium bowl. Form patties of approximately 100 grams from the meat mixture and coat them in the breadcrumbs.
