- 1/2 pc sliced lime and 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 10-12 pcs mint leaves
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 handful ice cubes
- 200 ml sparkling mineral water

Place the lime juice, honey, half of the lime slices, and mint leaves into a tall serving glass, then thoroughly muddle them with a muddler to release the flavors.

Fill the glass with ice cubes, then top it up with sparkling mineral water.

Garnish with the remaining lime slices and fresh mint leaves, then serve immediately.
Chef's tip
If you desire a more intense flavor, use crushed ice instead of ice cubes.
Instead of honey, you can also use cane sugar or agave syrup for sweetening.
