- 40 ml Jim Beam Bourbon whiskey
- 160 ml soda water
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 handful ice cubes
Fill a tall glass (highball glass) generously with ice cubes.
Pour 40 ml of Jim Beam bourbon whiskey over the ice, then add the fresh lemon juice.
Top up the cocktail with 160 ml of cold soda water, then gently stir with a bar spoon to combine the flavors while preserving the carbonation. Garnish with a lemon slice!
Chef's tip
Use large, solid ice cubes so that the drink dilutes more slowly.
