Pour in 40 ml of Johnnie Walker Black Label whisky and 10 ml of elderflower syrup.

Top up with 100 ml of cold soda water, then stir gently.
Chef's tip
Use large ice cubes so the drink dilutes more slowly.
Gently twist the lemon peel over the glass to release the essential oils.
