Instructions
First, prepare the mushrooms. Wash and dry each mushroom, then remove their stems. Do not discard the stems, as you will need them in the next step.
Next, prepare the filling. Finely chop the mushroom stems, dice the turkey ham into small pieces, coarsely grate the mozzarella, and place all of this in a bowl. Add the ricotta, salt, and pepper, then mix thoroughly.
Using a spoon, fill the mushrooms with the prepared filling. Place the stuffed mushrooms on a grill rack and grill on a covered grill (or contact grill over medium heat) for 6–7 minutes.
Chef's tip
For an even more intense flavor, you can add fresh basil, thyme, or rosemary to the filling according to your taste.
