  • 2 tbsp Sunflower oil
  • 0.5 tsp Smoked paprika
  • 0.5 tsp Ground cumin
  • 0.3 tsp Salt

Break the cauliflower into florets. Cut larger pieces in half or quarters so they are roughly the same size, ensuring they cook evenly.

In a bowl, mix the oil with the smoked paprika, ground cumin, and salt. Toss the cauliflower florets in the spiced oil and shake well to coat every piece with the marinade.

Spread the spiced cauliflower in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with baking paper or a grill tray. Roast on a hot grill or in an oven preheated to 200 °C for 10-15 minutes, until the cauliflower softens and the edges start to brown. It is recommended to toss them once or twice during baking.

Serve with fresh herb yogurt or garlic dip for an even richer flavor experience!
