- 200 g chicken breast fillet
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 sprig fresh rosemary
- juice of 1/4 lemon
- 1 pinch salt
- 6 pcs skewers
- 1 pc Coca-Cola
Cut the chicken breast lengthwise into 6 equal strips. Lightly salt them, then thread them onto the skewers.
In a small bowl, mix the olive oil with the crushed garlic, a pinch of salt, the chopped rosemary, and the freshly squeezed lemon juice.
Brush the chicken skewers thoroughly with the marinade on all sides. Place them on the hot grill and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown and done.
