- 200 g chicken breast fillet
- 60 ml olive oil
- 7 g garlic
- 1 sprig fresh rosemary
- 38 g lemon
- 1 pinch salt
- 6 pcs skewers
- 1 pc Coca-Cola
Cut the chicken breast lengthwise into 6 equal strips. Lightly salt them, then thread them onto the skewers.
Prepare the marinade: add crushed garlic, a pinch of salt, finely chopped rosemary, and freshly squeezed lemon juice to the olive oil.
Thoroughly coat the chicken skewers with the marinade, then place them on the hot grill. Grill both sides until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes.
