Preparation method

In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, egg, ground paprika, dried marjoram, Dijon mustard, breadcrumbs, crushed garlic, salt, and pepper.

Heat 1 tablespoon of rapeseed oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the finely chopped red onion and sauté for 8-10 minutes until translucent.

Add the sautéed onion to the meat mixture and mix thoroughly. Form the mixture into 6 equally sized patties.

Chef's tip

Serve the patties with mashed potatoes sprinkled with fresh parsley and pickles for an authentic Hungarian experience!
