Kényeztesse magát ezzel a szaftos csirkecombbal, amely fokhagymás, vajas zöldbabbal készül.   • 500 g chicken thigh fillets (skin-on)
  • 250 g green beans (fresh or frozen)
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 handfuls fresh parsley
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon sweet paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon chili flakes
  • 1 tablespoon + 1 teaspoon rapeseed oil
  • 2 pinches salt
  • 2 pinches ground black pepper

In a medium bowl, mix the chicken thigh fillets with sweet paprika, a pinch of salt, and pepper. Place the seasoned meat in a cold pan and start heating it over high heat. Let the fat render from the skin (approx. 5–7 minutes), reducing the heat to medium if necessary. Then, flip the meat, add one tablespoon of rapeseed oil, and cook for another 6–7 minutes over medium heat.

Meanwhile, clean the green beans and trim their ends. Peel the garlic and press it through a garlic press. Finely chop the fresh parsley.

Once both sides of the chicken are cooked, remove it from the pan. Reduce the heat to low, add the green beans and one teaspoon of rapeseed oil to the pan, then sauté for 3–4 minutes. Next, add the butter, crushed garlic, remaining salt, and pepper, and sauté for another 1–2 minutes. Finally, sprinkle with the chopped parsley and chili flakes, and sauté for another 30–60 seconds. Return the cooked chicken to the pan to reheat (approx. 1–2 minutes). Serve immediately. (If using frozen green beans, the cooking time will be approx. 2–3 minutes shorter.)
