Preparation method
Bring salted water to a boil in a large pot, add the pasta, and cook for 14–15 minutes over high heat until al dente. Once done, drain it.
In a large pan or pot, sauté the carrots over medium heat without oil (or with a little water) for about 3 minutes. Add the tomatoes, olives, salt, pepper, dill, and vegetable broth. Reduce the heat and cook together for 5–6 minutes.
Turn off the heat, stir the plain yogurt into the vegetable base, then add the smoked salmon pieces and the cooked pasta. Mix thoroughly.
