Preparation method
Preheat the oven to 180 °C and line a small baking dish with baking paper.
Break the cauliflower into florets, place them in the baking dish, drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle with paprika, rosemary, a pinch of salt and pepper. Mix thoroughly, then bake for 35–40 minutes. Halfway through the baking time, pour in 100 ml of water to help the cauliflower soften and prevent it from drying out.
Meanwhile, peel the potatoes, cut them into smaller cubes, and boil them in salted water until tender, about 15–20 minutes.
Chef's tip
If you want extra silky mashed potatoes, use an electric hand mixer to whip the potatoes.
