Preparation method
Preparing the crust

Place the parsley, rosemary, 40 g butter, walnuts, 30 ml olive oil, a pinch of salt, and lemon zest into a food processor and blend.

Cut off the crusts from the toast bread, tear the insides into the food processor with the other ingredients, and blend everything until crumbly.
Preparing the meat

Preheat the oven to 190 °C.
Chef's tip
Always grate only the yellow zest of the lemon, as the white pith is bitter.
