Preparation and marinating
Thoroughly mix the yogurt with the curry powder, hot and sweet paprika, pepper, and salt.
Cut into the chicken breast and thighs about 1 cm deep. Then thoroughly coat the entire chicken with the spiced yogurt, making sure the marinade gets into the cuts. Place it in a bowl, cover with foil, and let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 12 hours (or overnight).
Baking
Preheat the oven to 180 °C.
Chef's tip
Be sure to let the chicken marinate for at least 12 hours, as this gives the dish its special, deep flavor.
Basmati rice is the most suitable side dish, but it's also excellent with naan bread.
