Ingredients
- 800 g pork neck
- 27 g garlic
- 1 pc red onion
- 30 ml BBQ sauce
- 100 ml sunflower oil
- 10 g salt
Steps
- 1Peel and chop the red onion and garlic, then mix with the sliced meat and all ingredients. Afterwards, refrigerate for a few hours to marinate.
- 2Place the pork neck slices in a pan and pour the sauce over them.
- 3Bring to a boil, then cook over low heat, covered. When browned, transfer to a paper towel and cook the next batch.
- 4You can also pour some sauce over it when serving.
