Ingredients

  • 800 g pork neck
  • 27 g garlic
  • 1 pc red onion
  • 30 ml BBQ sauce
  • 100 ml sunflower oil
  • 10 g salt

Steps

    Peel and chop the red onion and garlic, then mix with the sliced meat and all ingredients. Afterwards, refrigerate for a few hours to marinate.

    Place the pork neck slices in a pan and pour the sauce over them.

    Bring to a boil, then cook over low heat, covered. When browned, transfer to a paper towel and cook the next batch.

    You can also pour some sauce over it when serving.
