Preparation method
Preheat the oven to 190–195 °C. Line a baking tray, approximately 20 cm × 30 cm, with baking paper.
Peel the potatoes and cut them into approximately 2 cm cubes. Place them on the baking tray, season with salt and pepper, then bake for 15–20 minutes in the preheated oven.
Meanwhile, prepare the garlic butter: peel and finely grate the garlic, then mix it with the melted butter, dried dill, and the grated zest and juice of the lemon. Wash and pat dry the salmon fillets, then season both sides with salt and pepper.
Chef's tip
When serving, you can place a fresh lemon slice on each salmon fillet for an even fresher taste.
