Preparation method
Cook the meat until tender.
Cut the celery into sticks approximately 5 cm long, 3 mm wide, and 3 mm thick. Bring water to a boil in a pot and add the chopped celery for 20 seconds. After 20 seconds, immediately remove the celery, place it on a flat colander, and put the colander with the celery into a bowl filled with water and ice. Once cooled, remove the colander from the water and let the celery drain.
Cut the apple into strips the same way as the celery, chop the meat finely, and roughly chop the walnuts.
Chef's tip
The recipe can also be made with leftover cooked or roasted meat from the previous day.
