Preparation method

Fill a tall glass with ice cubes.

Pour 150 ml of ginger beer into the glass.

Slowly pour 40 ml of dark rum on top to create a nice layered effect (this is the "storm cloud" on top of the cocktail).

Chef's tip

For a layered effect, you can also carefully pour the rum into the glass over the back of a bar spoon.
