Preparation method
For the marinade, mix half of the oil, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, sriracha, 1 teaspoon of cane sugar, and salt.
Cut the turkey breast into strips against the grain and toss them in the marinade. Cover with foil and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, but ideally for 2 hours.
Clean and cut the vegetables: the onion into eighths, the bell pepper into strips, the carrots into rounds, the zucchini into cubes, and the ginger finely.
Chef's tip
It's worth marinating the meat in advance so that the flavors penetrate the fibers more deeply.
If you like it spicier, add extra sriracha sauce when serving!
