Az Old Fashioned a koktélok igazi klasszikusa, amely a bourbon whiskey mély, füstös aromáját ötvözi a narancs frissességével és egy csipetnyi édességgel. Ez a recept az eredeti, muddled (tört) narancsos változatot követi, amely tökéletes választás egy elegáns esti lazításhoz vagy baráti összejövetelekhez. Egyszerű, mégis fenséges – egy korty történelem a poharadban.

- 40 ml Bourbon whiskey
- 30 ml Soda water
- 1 slice of Orange
- 5 g Granulated sugar
- 1 handful of Ice cubes
In a glass or mortar, muddle a slice of orange with 5 grams of granulated sugar to release the flavors and essential oils.
Fill the glass 3/4 full with ice cubes, then add the bourbon whiskey and soda water.
Stir thoroughly and garnish with a strip of orange peel for extra aroma.
Chef's tip
In the original recipe, the orange and sugar are replaced with a few drops of Angostura bitters for a more complex flavor profile.
