Preparation method
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice cubes. Add the lemon vodka, Cointreau, freshly squeezed lime juice, and cranberry juice.
Shake the shaker vigorously for about 15-20 seconds until the drink is completely chilled and the outside of the shaker starts to fog up.
Strain the drink through a fine strainer into a pre-chilled martini or cocktail glass. Make sure no ice pieces get into the glass.
Chef's tip
For a perfect result, use quality, 100% cranberry juice to preserve the drink's characteristic tart taste and beautiful color.
It's worth placing the glass in the refrigerator for 10-15 minutes before preparation, so the cocktail stays refreshingly cold longer.
