Preparation method
Ingredients overview
- 125 ml Prosecco
- 5 pcs ripe strawberries
- 1 pinch Granulated sugar
- 4 pcs Ice cubes
Wash the strawberries thoroughly, remove their stems, then blend them with the pinch of sugar in a blender until completely smooth.
Pour the strawberry puree into a shaker filled with ice, then add the well-chilled Prosecco. Stir gently with a bar spoon to preserve the bubbles.
Strain the mixture into a chilled champagne flute, and serve immediately. Garnish with a fresh strawberry slice on the rim of the glass.
Chef's tip
For best results, thoroughly chill both the strawberry puree and the Prosecco before mixing.
