Prosecco 100 ml Prosecco

Rum/cognac/brandy/liqueur 20 ml bodzalikőr

Soda water (sparkling mineral water) 60 ml szódavíz

Lime 1 db lime

Fresh mint 1 marék friss menta

Ice 1 marék jégkocka

Preparation method

Fill a large wine glass generously with ice cubes.

Pour the Prosecco and elderflower liqueur into the glass, then top up with soda water.

Gently stir the drink with a bar spoon or a long-handled spoon to combine the flavors, but ensure the bubbles remain.

Chef's tip

If you can't find elderflower liqueur, you can substitute it with good quality, concentrated elderflower syrup, but in this case, the drink will be sweeter.
