Ingredients overview
- 1 pc peach (peeled and diced)
- 6 pcs fresh raspberries (optional)
- 120 ml still water
- 1 bottle chilled prosecco
Place the diced peach, raspberries, and 120 ml of water into a blender and blend until completely smooth.
Pass the resulting fruit puree through a fine sieve to remove fibers and seeds.
Divide the puree among six champagne glasses, then carefully top with the well-chilled prosecco. Serve immediately!
Chef's tip
For the best result, use ripe, juicy peaches. If they are not in season, good quality canned peaches can be an excellent alternative.
