- 4 pcs Camembert cheese
- 50 g pecan
- 50 g almond
- 1 tbsp apricot jam
- 4 slices sourdough bread
- 2 tsp honey
- 4 sprigs fresh rosemary
Cut the Camembert cheeses in half horizontally. Place the pecans, almonds, and apricot jam into a food processor, then blend into a thick paste. Fill the cheeses with this mixture, then replace their tops.
Toast the sourdough bread slices in a dry pan or a toaster. Place the stuffed, sliced Camembert cheese on top of the toast.
Finally, drizzle a little honey over the cheeses and garnish with fresh rosemary sprigs. Serve immediately.
