- 50 g salmon tartare
- 15 g cream cheese
- 15 g soy sauce
- 50 g lime (approx. half a piece)
- 15 g cherry tomatoes (approx. 2 pieces)
- 10 g celery stalk
In a bowl or mixer, combine the cream cheese, soy sauce, and the freshly squeezed juice of half a lime until you get a smooth sauce.
Pour the prepared sauce into a deep plate. Add the thinly sliced celery stalks and halved cherry tomatoes.
Place the salmon tartare on top, then garnish with freshly grated lime zest for an even more intense aroma.
