Preparation method
Prepare a large pot with lightly salted water. Peel the potatoes, cut them into smaller pieces, and place them in the pot. Bring to a boil over high heat, covered, then cook for approximately 19–20 minutes until tender.
Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 205–210 °C. Line a baking tray (approx. 30 cm × 40 cm) with baking paper.
Finely chop the spring onion, parsley, and chives. In a large bowl, mix the minced turkey with the parsley, spring onion, chili flakes, 30 g soft butter, 1 tablespoon olive oil, 50 ml milk, salt, and pepper. Form the mixture into patties weighing approximately 135–140 grams each, and place them on the prepared baking tray.
Chef's tip
The patties will be even juicier if you let the mixture rest in the refrigerator for 10-15 minutes before baking.
