
Cold Platter with Prosciutto and Figs

Preparation method
Cut the cheeses (camembert, feta, and blue cheese) and the fuet sausage into smaller pieces or cubes. Leave the other cold cuts (prosciutto and chorizo) in slices, which can be decoratively rolled up and arranged.
Divide the smoked cashews, olives, and orange jam into small bowls. The bowls help organize the platter and separate the flavors.
On a suitably large wooden cutting board or platter, first strategically place the small bowls, then arrange the prepared cheeses and cold cuts around them.
Chef's tip
Take the platter out of the refrigerator 15-20 minutes before serving to allow the cheese flavors to fully develop.
