Preparation and Marinating
Preheat the oven to 200 °C and line a baking tray with baking paper.
Prepare the marinade: in a sealable container, mix together the balsamic vinegar, olive oil, honey, crushed garlic, a pinch of salt, and a pinch of pepper.
Place the chicken thighs in the container, toss them thoroughly in the marinade, then seal and refrigerate to marinate while the oven preheats.
Chef's tip
If you want an even more intense flavor, you can marinate the chicken the night before.
