Preparation method
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Prepare a baking tray and line it with baking paper.
Place half of the Oreo cookies in a food processor and grind finely. Cut the other half of the cookies into smaller pieces with a knife.
Melt the dark chocolate with the butter over a double boiler or on low heat until you get a smooth, shiny mixture.
Chef's tip
If you want to make it even more special, you can sprinkle a little sea salt on top when serving for contrast.
It will remain crispy for 2-3 days in an airtight container, but it's best when fresh!
