Preheat the oven to 180 °C.

Cut the beef and lamb into slices approximately 1 cm thick, 10 cm long, and 6 cm wide. Season the lamb slices with salt and pepper on both sides, then spread mustard on one side.

Cut the smoked bacon and smoked pork neck into slices 0.5–1 cm thick. Place a slice of bacon on each lamb slice, then fold it in half so the bacon remains inside.
