Cut off the wing tips from the chicken wings, then cut the wings in half at the joints.
In a bowl, mix the balsamic vinegar, sweet paprika powder, salt, and pepper. Add the prepared wings, toss thoroughly, then let them marinate for at least 15 minutes.
Frying
In a deep pot or saucepan, heat the oil to approximately 160 °C. Use enough oil for deep frying.
Chef's tip
Before serving, you can toss the fried wings in sweet chili sauce, then sprinkle with chopped chives for a fresher taste.
If you prefer the classic American flavor, toss the cooked wings in smoky BBQ sauce.
