INGREDIENTS FOR THE FRITTERS

  • 180 g carrot
  • 1 stalk spring onion
  • 50 g all-purpose flour
  • 2 pcs egg
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 sprig thyme
  • cooking oil for frying
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste

INGREDIENTS FOR THE SAUCE

  • 150 g semi-fat cottage cheese
  • 1 handful parsley
  • 1 clove garlic
  • Salt to taste

    Prepare the vegetables: peel the carrots and grate them finely. Place them in a bowl.

    Mix the batter: add the finely chopped spring onion, crushed garlic clove, thyme leaves, eggs, and flour to the grated carrots.

    Seasoning: salt and pepper, then mix everything until you get a compact, sticky batter!

    Frying: heat enough oil in a pan. Once hot, place the fritters formed from the batter into it.

    Fry both sides until golden brown and fully cooked. Then, place them on a plate lined with paper towels, which will absorb the excess oil.

    Finally, prepare the sauce: mix the cottage cheese with the crushed garlic and finely chopped parsley. Salt it and give it another stir!

    Serve the fritters immediately with the creamy, garlicky cottage cheese dip. Enjoy!
