- 3 pcs Egg M-size
- 1 clove Garlic
- ½ pc Red onion
- 100 g White cabbage (finely chopped)
- 220 g Canned chickpeas (drained)
- 80 g Oat flour (or finely ground rolled oats)
- ½ tsp Salt
- 1 pinch Ground black pepper
For Frying
- 2 tbsp Olive oil

First, prepare the vegetable mixture. Place all ingredients except the olive oil into a food processor or chopper and grind finely.

Then, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Form patties or slices of any desired shape from the prepared vegetable mixture and fry them in the hot pan for 2-3 minutes per side.

Divide the fried vegetarian vegetable patties onto plates and serve warm.

Serve the vegetarian patties with sour cream and fresh chives for an even richer flavor experience.
