Kifli Kukták
Klasszikus magyaros pásztorétel gazdag, laktató változata: pirított tarhonya, füstölt kolbász, ropogós szalonna és puha vörösbab fő össze egyetlen edényben, ízes paprikás szaftban.
Preparation method
Preparation and browning
Dice the smoked bacon into small cubes and cut the dry sausage into slices. Finely chop the onion, crush the garlic, and dice the TV pepper and tomato into small cubes. Drain and rinse the red kidney beans with cold water.
Melt the lard in a large pot or deep skillet, add the diced bacon, and fry over medium heat until crispy, then add the sausage slices and fry together for 2–3 minutes.
Add the dry tarhonya to the fat and toast, stirring constantly, until nicely golden brown.
Chef's tip
It is best served with fermented pickles, dill pickles, or mixed pickled salad.
If you prefer it extra saucy, add another 50–100 ml of hot water or broth at the end of cooking.
