Ingredients

  • 4 slices trout fillet
  • 500 g mushroom
  • 100 g shiitake mushroom
  • 150 g butter
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 2 g parsley
  • 1 pc lemon
  • 3 pcs spring onion
  • 20 ml oil
  • 1 g salt

    Melt the butter in a saucepan, add the finely chopped garlic, chopped parsley, and lemon juice, bring to a boil, and set aside.

    Wash the button mushrooms and cut them into thicker slices. Remove the stems from the shiitake mushrooms, wash the caps, then cut them into larger pieces. Slice the spring onions into thin strips.

    Grease a baking tray with butter, pile in the button mushrooms and spring onions, toss them together, sprinkle with shiitake mushrooms, arrange the trout slices on top, season with salt, drizzle with the butter-garlic sauce, place lemon slices on top, and bake in a preheated oven at 190 degrees Celsius for 30 minutes until cooked through.
