  • 4 pcs tortilla
  • 4 burger patties
  • 100 g sliced cheddar
  • Pickles
  • Ketchup
  • A handful of baby spinach
  • 1 pc shallot

PREPARATION

    First, cook the burger patty in a pan. If you're using raw meat, it will take longer to cook, but if you're using pre-cooked meat or a vegetarian substitute, it will cook faster.

    Place the tortilla on a cutting board, cut from the centre to the edge, as if quartering it.

    Mentally divide the tortilla into four sections (half it, then half it again). Each quarter will contain a different ingredient.

    The first quarter will contain the meat or vegetarian alternative. The next quarter will contain the cheeses, followed by the chopped shallot, pickle, and baby spinach mixture, and finally the ketchup.

    You can start folding. First, fold the meat section over the cheese section, then fold that over the next section, and repeat once more.

    Cook both sides of the folded tortilla until crispy in a pan, contact grill, or toaster.
