Preparation method
Preheat the oven to 170 °C.
Lightly pound the meat slices, then thoroughly salt and pepper both sides. Cut the red onion into approximately 0.5 cm thick rings. Grate the Trappista cheese coarsely.
Grease a baking dish with butter, then cut the remaining butter into cubes and scatter them on the bottom of the dish. Place the meat slices on top, drizzle with soy sauce, then sprinkle with curry powder, sweet paprika, and freshly grated nutmeg.
