INGREDIENTS
- 1 portion pizza dough
- 60 g mushrooms
- 100 g crushed or chopped canned tomatoes
- 2 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil
- 100 g mozzarella
- 100 g sliced cooked ham
- Salt
PREPARATION
- 1Slice the mushrooms thinly.
- 2Mix or drain the canned tomatoes and add a pinch of salt and 1 teaspoon of oil.
- 3Spread the pizza dough with the tomato mixture, then top with the sliced mozzarella. Finally, add the ham and mushroom slices and drizzle with another spoon of oil. Bake the pizza on a baking tray or pizza stone for a maximum of 4-5 minutes in a preheated oven.
